Free plan

You don't pay anything. Nothing to refund.

14-day free trial

Your card won't be charged until day 15. Cancel anytime before then, zero cost.

Pro plan ($29/month)

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period, then the account downgrades to the free plan. We don't prorate mid-month.

If something goes wrong: if you cancel within 7 days of being charged and the tool didn't work for you, email rob@animalcrm.com and we'll refund that month. No forms, no hoops. Tell us what happened and we'll make it right or return the money.

Chargebacks

If you think there's a problem, email us first at rob@animalcrm.com. Filing a chargeback without contacting us is the one thing that can get an account permanently banned — not because we're petty, but because chargebacks cost way more than the refund and signal that someone wasn't willing to talk it through.
